Under Jim's scrutiny, only the highest quality materials go into your home. He uses only the best grade of kiln-dried lumber, durable exterior hardboard siding, solid oak cabinets with raised panel doors, grade A plumbing fixtures, DOW Styrofoam sheathing, Owens-Corning batt insulation, a superior mixture of concrete...and the list goes on. The finish work in a Horizon Home is second to none. The trim carpenters are true craftsmen, who take tremendous pride in their workmanship. You are invited to check for "tight" miter joints at doors and windows. The painters also give careful attention to applying stain and lacquer. All the woodwork receives a 4-coat application process that enhances the beauty and durability of wood trim in each Horizon Home.
